returns and delivery

Within Australia (metro and country areas)

We use Australia Post’s parcel and express post services to post items purchased via our on-line store. You should allow between 3 to 5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch for your order.  (In country areas, this time may be longer).

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of them being received.  

A flat rate is charged for postage, based on number of items purchased:
1 and 2 items = $5.00
3 and 4 items = $9.00
5 or more items = free delivery!

International Deliveries

International delivery timeframe and costs can be provided upon request. 

Return and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your Bliss Body purchase has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days and we will replace that item free of charge and organise collection of damaged goods. 

If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
